Relatable Music

Ever hear a song that just hits you so close to home that you can relate to every word that the band is trying to convey to their listeners? I sure know I have heard plenty of songs that i just sit back and let the words control my emotions and take in all my life experiences. This one song especially hits home for me, I hope you enjoy the song and really listen to the words and come to love this song as much as i have.

Shinedown: Bully

As a kid I was always bullied for wearing glasses and being extremely shy and timid. As a result I never felt like I fit in anywhere and to this day, still feel as if I am sort of an outcast. This song hits home for me in so many ways that I couldn't even begin to tell you half of the things I experienced growing up.  One experience that stands out the most was one year in elementary school, (I am not going to name the person) but we were out in the field playing kickball and I always used to wear those swooshie workout pants as I like to call them, and a girl who was always picking on me and making fun of me was behind me in line and for some odd reason decided that she was going to pull my pants down in front of everyone. I ran away screaming and crying, to this day I have never forgotten that day. Why must people be mean and hateful, that they have to try and make someone look like a fool? Will the madness ever end? So what if everyone is different??

From this song the lyrics that hit me the most are the following:

Been trying to think of something meaningful to put as my first tattoo, and I Think I have finally figured out something meaningful to me and that inspires me to make a difference and not let the cycle continue throughout life and my childrens lives when i happen to have them.

Fears of the Fearful

We all have certain fears that hold us back in life, some people are better at dealing/coping with them than others, while some let their fears consume their whole lives. Which one are you? Me? Some are easier to control than others.
I have compiled a relatively small list of my biggest fears. They are going to be listed in alphabetical order and will give the definition as well. Who knows maybe we have some of the same fears!

Every girl or boy needs a best friend. I have very few close friends but not a bestie!! Someone to go see movies or have movie and popcorn nights, play video games with, go shopping pretty much anything you could possibly imagine. Yesterday we took my husbands cousin to the mall and she wanted to go into Claire's so we all went and as she was looking around i saw something i used to have when i was younger, they were those friendship necklaces that split down the middle and one goes to you and the other goes to your best friend. It got me to thinking that i miss having a best friend. I really haven't had one since my old best friend from childhood Chantel I believe that she is the one I had these necklaces with. It just got me to thinking some more and so thus this blog was born.
 

 

Fair Weather Friend

We have all had one at least once in our life, which means basically they are only there for you when its beneficial to them. I know for me at least I have had more of these kind of friends than I have had genuine friendships.

I find it rather funny when people say "You never text or call me" I just want to say it works both ways I shouldn't be the only one putting in the effort. I'm sorry I try and give people multiple chances & in the end they dissappoint me. I have come to expect disappointment as ic its normal.

The friends I feel closest to live in different states even one of my dear friends is about to leave me ):

My challenge to you is to not be a Fair weathered friend to me && I will do the same.

Sometimes I miss being in school but then again school was terrible for me and I ended up graduating with only one friend. Such is life.

Skyrim. My newest fascination & Addiction

Alright so I have not yet beaten this game yet so this blog will be incomplete until I finish the game but i have so many things i just love about this game I cant wait to share my thoughts and feelings. I will try not to mention anything that would spoil the game for those that have yet to play this amazing title!!

• First off, this is one of my favorite games of all times next to Dragon Age & Mass Effect series!!
• I love the soundtrack to all that's going on in this game, I even have music from this game set to my text messages!!
• Beyond Amazing Scenery
• Game play is really easy to get used to, only took me a couple hours in playing it before i knew what I was doing.
• There are so many side quests and storyline quests that keeps you busy for hours on end.
• Haven't felt like there was too much repetition in it thus far, I could be wrong.

I absolutely love RPGs!! You get to build your character however you want to unlike some games that already have that person looking a certain way and a story for that character. While I know this game is kind of that way about the beginning story of that character but after that its up to you to get that character exactly how you want them to be.

Today my Male Nord became a member in the Dark Brotherhood & Thieves Guild. He is also apart of the Imperials (main storyline) and the companions, they have an awesome secret!!! No Worries I'll let you find that out unless you saw one of my twitter posts ha ha (:

I will leave this blog unfinished until I complete the game!! Hope I have wet your appetite enough and hopefully you will want to try this game! Not sure what consoles have this game but I do know its available on PC & XBOX 360.

Oh rain, How I love thee!!

Pretty awesome that it was raining off and on all day!! I love the rain!!!! Made my work day a little more interesting to say the least even if the weather was being bipolar but hey this is Idaho I think we should be used to that by now.  Thunder was going while it was sunny && I saw a few strikes of lightning!! One was so loud I swear I could feel the whole fuel center shake!

Since I was a little girl I have always loved the smell, sound, feeling and occasional dancing in the rain! Even at the age of twenty-three I still love it and I don't think that will ever change!!

 I often wonder why some people freak out about it, like its going to melt them or something!! So what if you look like a drowned rat get over it and stop being so freaking prissy. Man up!!!

 I would probably stay outside without an umbrella or a sweater until it stopped if i could, I wouldn't even care if i got a cold.

Fast food, late night, Crazy dreams.

Last night we ended up going to McDonald's at around 1030pm not quite sure why we didn't eat earlier in the day, probably had to do with the heat.

So I scarfed down my Daily double Hamburger & French fries and went to sleep shortly after, thus when the crazy dreams started. Oh boy watch out! Lol

First part of my dream eveyone was being attacked by giagantic cigarettes, weird I don't smoke never have & never will, but people would go to open their new pack of smokes & light one up, it would come alive and try to light them on fire and chase them around town. I woke up before I could finish my dream.

After that I fell asleep again, I started to have another different dream. I can't recall what it was about. Then I started to dream that I was late for work so I would wake up every ten minutes to check what time it was even tho I had my alarm set, but before I could get back to my dream it was time to get up for work.

Moral of this blog: Fast Food+Late night=crazy dreams.
